Nick is the planter and lead pastor of Mosaic Collective. He is passionate about making Jesus known,  equipping everyday people to follow Christ, and he’s dedicated to creating a transformative community. Outside of Mosaic Collective, Nick enjoys hitting the gym, gaming, and cheering on his beloved Denver Broncos, Avalanche, and Nuggets.

Dawn is the co-founder and worship director of Mosaic Collective, and she's passionate about fostering meaningful connections and sharing her love of music through worship. An accomplished musician and author, she finds joy playing with the Triangle Wind Ensemble, dancing, and snuggling her puppy, Simon.
