What is Mosaic?
Many communities.
One family.
Mosaic Collective is the larger family and network — not a single gathering. We're cultivating smaller, relational communities across the Triangle where everyday people follow Jesus together in everyday life.
The family & movement
Mosaic Collective
Mosaic Collective is the shared family connecting these local communities, providing vision, eldership and spiritual leadership, theological grounding, accountability, resources, and a common formation and mission DNA. Each community has room to develop its own local expression while remaining rooted in a shared identity and way of following Jesus.
Local communities
Microchurches
A microchurch is a small, relational community of people following Jesus together in everyday life. Each microchurch may carry its own name and local identity while living within Mosaic's shared leadership, beliefs, values, and practices.

Our shared DNA
Different names. Same heartbeat.
Each microchurch may look a little different, but every Mosaic community shares the same formative DNA — Presence, Participation, and Practice.
Presence
We intentionally show up — with Jesus and with one another.
Participation
Everyone gives and receives. Everyone has a voice and something valuable to contribute.
Practice
We don't simply learn about Jesus; we put His way into practice in everyday life.
Formation, not just Information
Not a smaller Sunday church service.
We're not trying to shrink a traditional church service into a living room. Microchurches are participatory communities where people share life, follow Jesus, practice His way, and join His mission together.
At the center is spiritual formation into Christlikeness — not simply learning about Jesus, but becoming more like Jesus. Our hope is for each community to become a family on mission in its neighborhood.

Raleigh, NC
The first gathering in the Mosaic family — a meal, Scripture, prayer, communion and real conversation around an actual table.
Your neighborhood?
We're praying toward new communities across Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Maybe you'll help start one.
